She attended undergraduate school at the University of Michigan and Delaware Valley College where she earned the Bachelor's of Science in Biology. While in college, she served as Community Capital Advisors (CCA) ambassador at People for People Charter School, tutoring and mentoring middle students in math and science. Also, as CCA's volunteer for STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) education, she led the development of a neighborhood-based STEM lab in the William Penn School District. under the aegis of Faith Immanuel Lutheran

    Acting Board Chair: Michael is a Senior Technology Business Analyst at Susquehanna International Group (SIG), a global quantitative Wall Street trading firm. He has over 35 years in the technology industry leading and developing solutions for Wall Street and in other areas. He is an associate minister at the historic Zion Baptist Church of Philadelphia. Mike is also Board President of Called To Serve CDC, Inc., a nonprofit faith-based community development corporation working to revitalize a neighborhood in North Philadelphia.

Tony previously served as accountant at People For People (PFP) nonprofit in North Central Philadelphia and as a police officer at Southeast Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA).     CDFI and Technical Assistance Specialist:. James is an economic development and CDFI specialist who has operated in the Mid-Atlantic region since 1990. He is the author of Still Running: Lessons on Divine Intervention Versus Personal Resilience. He has managed a number of high profile projects in the Philadelphia region, including Independence Apparel (1997 - 2002) - a U.S. Department of Health & Human Services (JOLI Grant) funded welfare-to-work project between the City of Philadelphia, People for People, and Mothers' Works (now Destiny Maternity). He has spearheaded the creation of a number of CDFIs, including People for People and Sharon Baptist's New Life Credit Unions in Philadelphia. A product of Eastern University Graduate Economic Development Program, James attended undergraduate school at the University of the Virgins Islands and Bluewater Bible College.

  • Reverend Dr. Moses Suah-Dennis, D.Min.

    Treasurer and African Community Outreach: Moses is Pastor of Faith Immanuel Lutheran Church in East Lansdowne, PA . A native of Liberia and naturalized citizen of the United States, Pastor Dennis serves in various capacities in the African immigrant community in the Philadelphia region. He’s President of the Liberian Ministers Association of the Delaware Valley, Secretary of the African Ministers Association, and Board Chairman of Liberian Lutherans in the United States, among others. He holds a Master’s of Divinity and a Doctor of Ministries from the Lutheran Theological Seminary in Philadelphia.
